Set in a beautifully restored old country house nestled in tranquil mountains near Besalú, this retreat estate offers serenity, positive energy, and space for reflection. Surrounded by green nature, with high-quality facilities and nourishing living food prepared by the hosts, it is the ideal environment to support your transformation.
What is included...
Accommodation | 2 nights of accommodation in rooms with private bathrooms – mostly twin rooms (2 single beds) and a limited number of rooms with king beds, suitable for single occupancy* or for couples/friends wishing to share.
Nourishment | Full board with freshly prepared, nourishing meals created by the estate’s chef.
Event tools | A personal bilingual workbook (English & Spanish), plus pens and other retreat materials.

Transportation
Car & Carpooling | The venue has its own car park and is only 5 minutes from the centre of Besalú. Exact directions will be shared by email and WhatsApp before the event. An online message board will also be available for participants to arrange carpooling with others coming from the same area.
Bus | There is convenient access from Barcelona and Girona via Teisa buses. The event schedule is designed to align with the bus timetable. A free shuttle service will run between the Besalú bus stop and the venue before and after the event.
