Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within  1–3 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Shipping Costs & Times
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before confirming your purchase. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days from the shipping date, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal
As an online consumer in Spain and the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing at [your email] before the withdrawal period ends. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Perishable goods

    • Personalised or made-to-order products

    • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned goods.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
